I'm not going to lie. At our house, this topic comes up often, and for our oldest, who is 13, I've given suggestions such as " go mow the neighbor's lawns" or "here are some videos, and let's teach you how to trade forex." The reality is there just aren't many good options for a 13-year-old to earn money. If this is my lack of creativity, please tell me in the comments section what's working for you.
Back to my suggestions. I realize these are two extremes, but I think providing options is important. If it's not lawn mowing or forex trading, maybe you're looking for another idea to kickstart your kids' business at home that will satisfy your stomach and their wallet.
